Hi, I’m Michael Dalton. I’m a full-time REALTOR® in Westerville, Ohio, and the owner of My Next Home Columbus. My job is easy to describe and hard to do well. I help you understand your options so you can make a smart decision. Buying, selling, or investing, I’ll walk you through the local trends, the numbers that matter, and what each neighborhood is actually like to live in. Columbus is a competitive market, and going in without good information costs people money. I’ve spent 35 years in sales, marketing, and negotiation, and it shows up at every offer and every counter. I grew up in Cincinnati and was the first on my dad’s side of the family to graduate from college, from Miami University in Oxford. I moved to Westerville in 2019, and you’ll find me in Uptown more often than I’d like to admit. Away from work, I love music, cooking, and having a full house of friends and family.
